At NOBELL we specialize in helping schools, municipalities, churches, public works, residential condominiums, commercial and industrial sites go green and realize energy savings from renewable sources.
A typical project cycle starts with NOBELL reviewing historical customer utility data and site plans in order to determine the amount of savings a zero-upfront-cost solar system or microgrid would provide. After presenting the findings, Nobell and the host customer agree on a contract energy rate amount to lock in the savings and then the renewable energy system is fully designed and installed. This process can take from three months to a year depending on the system size and complexity.
Our tax equity investor relationships allow us to provide renewable energy systems at facilities that don’t have a CAPEX budget for them or who are unable to use the tax benefits of purchasing one. With our unique system, the investor owns the equipment and your facility enters a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the investor, so that you pay solely for the power used and not for the equipment itself.
